Cart abandonment: The thorn in your side

Shopping cart abandonment is when a potential customer on your website is in the middle of checking out and decides they no longer want to purchase their order. More than half of consumers cite expensive shipping fees. By offering free shipping, you’ll be greatly increasing your chances of success. Almost half of small to medium-sized businesses said that offering free shipping increased profits.

In addition to cutting shipping fees, offering more shipping options greatly increases your customer’s desire to follow through on a purchase. By working with a provider that can offer same day and next day shipping options, you’ll be giving your customer more flexibility to make a purchase that works for them.
